Anyone know what kind of windshield is on a 98 Camaro from the factory? I had mine changed out and I'm not happy with it - the tint along the top is very light. The factory was much darker.

All the Glass should be LOF.
But now the LOF glass is hard to come by because Pilkington own's LOF.
And they put Pilkington on it now.

That's what I had installed - a Pilkington one. And the tint is really light.

Know anyone that has an LOF? I wanna buy it!

Well ther is still some to be had.
You have to call the glass places and ask them if they can dig up some LOF.
I did that when some kids broke my pasanger side window
out and stole my radio.
I got LOF but it was not the same I got solar ray
instend of the E-Z Cool that would have matched the driverside.
But That only is for the doors and the hatch glass.
I only want that glass because it says what it is.

I would just leave it and just get some tin on it.
