Valve Springs

I'm new to the FI scene so I'm asking around to find out some answers from people that know more than I. I bought a 95 Z a month back and the previous owner told me he had a cam installed after the last one failed. He didn't know much about vehicles. So he gave me the name of the garage that did the work.

I go to the garage to find out any info they can give me. They had installed a Comp Cams 304 or 305 plus new lifters. I can't remember which at this point. They didn't replace the springs. I've been told that with the cam I have in it the stock springs are basically pushed to their limit and could suffer from coil bind if not fail.

So I want to upgrade the valve springs in it but not sure what to get. I'm also planning on going with a 1.6 rocker as well. Any suggestions?

R/A and Valve springs from Comp Cams. If you have any questions about exact fit, do the contact us thing on their site. Their technicians are good, and very knowledgeable.
