fired car up today 2 mins n or so secondary fan kicked on car started runnin like crap so i un plug it and car smooths out and so far has started all day anyone ever run into this b4

You may have tripped a code when you achieved closed loop, some codes will cause the fan to run. As for it running differently when unplugging the fan, that is odd. Have you scanned for codes? Some will not trip the SES light..

no codes r next been busy fixxin all the screw ups from previous owner shaved wires , grounds not hooked up changed fuel pump didnt work very well with 9 zip ties holding together clogged fuel filter u name it h was the true meaning of idk what the**** im doing

Its a 93 z28 ive only had about 2 weeks only mods i know of cai , tci stall having problems with having to floor to start . last 2 days since fan unplugged has been starting with out having to floor it other than that has a slight miss so i figure due for a tune up !this car was a total mess when i got it game plan was to get it starting and things operating the way they should she has high miles and so planning a rebuild this winter

Seems to me when everything hooked up it goes into a way rich mode causing hard starts and not being able to drive with secondary fan unplugged runs fine

new coolant temp switch and back to startin up like it should pins on switch rusted seems to b ok now we will see n morn when i take out for longer drive

2 days later no stumble no hesitation fires right up coolant temp sensor now to get ready for mods already has cai plans rebuild engine headers . cam kit shootin to b 350 to 400 at wheels
