change hinge pin in sagging driver door

haven't seen this kicked around lately, was wondering if any had changed out their hinge pin to help fix a sagging driver door. Kits are all over but wanted to check real experience with anybody ?

The last I checked there wasn't a rebuild kit available for 4th gens. Instead, you have to replace the entire hinge assembly. I had my driver door hinges replaced a few months ago, and it ran me about $270 for parts & labor. I think the hinges alone were close to $150 for both.
