Broke New Slave Cylinder I just Installed

So i replaced my slave cylinder due to thinking that was my problem. I then saw my throw out bearing gave so i replaced my clutch, had flywheel resurfaced, and put it all back together. I thought everything went back pretty simple nothing to it. When i went to crank the car i pressed on the clutch and felt tooo firm. I then released and did it again just to have it snap and drop to the floor, i looked underneath the car and the slave cylinder broke where the line goes into it. What could have caused this. Any help / suggestions is appreciated.
