Hi there, I'm buying a used Borla catback without the Adjustable plates. However, I am a CNC operator, and could definatly machine myself the plates.

Could someone please give me some basic measurements of the plates? Just need to know thickness, and size of all 4 holes.

I can rough up the rest.

I have the template for the correct plate size and were the bolt holes should go. From that you can make any sized Borla plate you want I'll have to find it when I get home because I can't remember the name of the file on my site and don't have it linked. DOH!

Damn, I forgot when I got home!

I'll try to remember tonight.

Also, I made some out of "tin shingles" which are much thinner than 1/16" thick so even thinner stuff will work if you just want to use some spare "stuff" that you have laying around

Well, I evidently never did scan my template because I can't find it in my files. And, after a recent computer crash, I don't have my scanner installed. Geesh. I'll work on getting the scanner installed in the next couple of days and try again to get you this thing!
