99 TA conv. need help locating a part!

Hi all. New here. Have a midnight blue 99 TA convertible. I'm looking for this part... its on the top of the windshield where the sun visors are... I think it's called a headliner. Or header bow... Mines torn. Can't find one anywhere! Rather not use ebay. $ isn't really a concern. Car is in mint shape. Except for that! Bugs me. Thanks!

Are you referring to the fabric covered trim at the top of windshield frame. If it is, try an automotive upholstery shop. They should be able to recover it just like a headliner. Should be same material used for both.

The part number is 10289150 and according to gmpartsonline.net, it is not available. The 00-02 part number, 10410026, is still good. The difference is the color is darker. Here's a link. http://www.gmpartsonline.net/part-nu...ml?searchText=, just fill in your cars info and part number above.

Mine is a grey blue color. Your saying the new part number for 02 and newer? Will fit but is a shade darker? Was only $50 via ur link. Thanks. Just wondering if the darker shade will bother me or blend well

I believe the 98-99 color is called dark gray and the 00-02 is called ebony. I have cars from both years and don't see much difference, but if you put it next a visor and moldings of the correct color, it may stand out. If it does, you could have it recovered with the correct fabric.
