94camaro wheel bearing

Re: 94camaro wheel bearing
The front bearings are part of the hub which is pretty easy to replace. The rear axle bearings require the axles to be removed and the bearing/seal be pulled and new bearing and seal pressed back in. Price? IDK. My car never goes to a shop.

From what I understand, the rear bearings job could vary in price depending on the amount of wear on the the axle bearing surfaces. If too worn, you have to replace the axles or use special longer/oversize bearings. I suspect most shops play it safe and quote new axles too.

What leads you to believe it's a wheel bearing? Is there a noise? Does the noise seem like it comes from the front or rear of the car?
A worn front wheel bearing will often show up as play in the front wheel. Jack front and shake wheel/tire. Look for both vertical and horizontal movement of the wheel, without movement of the steering linkage.

Wheel bearings don't typically squeak. They roar, hum or rumble at first signs. If it squeaks in sharp, slow turns, it could be that it needs some limited slip additive. Or could be brake related as Fred mentioned.
