$6000 to spend what to buy?
I've been driving for about two years now on a **** ford taurus figure its time to upgrade.
What would you buy with $6k? Give or take a couple thousand (willing to push)
I want something with power that will beat most cars on the street. I still do want looks though.
I am not in anyway interested in ricers.
Also I live in PA if that helps anyone

LS1 powerd camaro - 1998-2002 camaro z28's or SS's. You can get them alot cheaper now and its much better then a LT1 powerd camaro 1993-1997.
As for "ricers", a car is what you make it. You can make a camaro rice if you wanted.

well, being you are on a site dedicated to the F-body we are all going to recommend an LS1 powered F-Body. If it doesn't have to have 4 wheels you could always get a 600 street bike from a number of people. That will keep up with most things on the street but, if you are looking to race, maybe you should consider visiting the track instead of racing on the street. We all have done it but I have to admit I have alot of fun at the track and don't have to worry about being arrested.

theres 2 ways to answer this if you ask me-
now do you want to spend 6000 and be done with it for the most part? if so then id suggest an ls1 camaro
OR
if you want to buy the car and mod it to your liking id go with an lt1 just because youll have that extra cash to make the car just how you like. just make sure you buy an extra opti spark with that budget!
