i dont have a r.p.m window .its only by speed , i have a performance column and a normall column both have a w.o.t speed rating . bein a camaro and i dont have a perf shift button i should use the norm mode im guessin

... you will note that there are two different tables, kickdown mode by RPM, and kickdown mode by mph... both of these must be met in order to shift... chances are your mph are just fine and the rpm table is too high, it may be the other way around, but not usually.

as far as the other tables regarding normal mode, performance mode and cruise mode... yes you want to do normal mode.
