Aftermarket Aluminum Heads

Aftermarket Aluminum Heads
Hi, I have a 69 Camaroo SS with a 355 small block, and a 4 speed Muncie in it. I want to get a set of aftermarket aluminum heads to really wake my engine up. I am leaning towards Airflow Research, does anybody have any advice or other suggestions?

I would do a cam first. Or decide what cam you want and purchase the heads to match.
But, you should not purchase high flow heads without a cam to match otherwise the incoming air will flow at a lower velocity than your stockers did and the car will feel like a slug until you get over 4000 rpm.

I have a set of Dart's Pro1 Platinum 200s on my 350 in my s10. I love them. Got them assembled for just over $1k from Performance Engine. www.perfengine.com
