Looking for LS1 or LT1 (DAYTONA BEACH)

Looking for a Camaro in Dayton Beach, Florida area preferably with an LS1. I can spend around $4-8k. Might even consider purchasing with cash plus my 2006 Yamaha R6S with 3800mi.

What are you looking for in terms of level of modification? My car is at the upper end of your price scale, it's a bad bitch, but it can be toned down a good bit with "real" exhaust and a driveability tune. Right now it's got a mail order that does great at the track.

97 z28 m6

I have a '97 Z28 M6 T-top in Jacksonville, FL. I was setting it up for American Iron, Open Road Racing, and Autocross. It has a 383 w/ balanced and blueprinted SCAT bottom end, Stage 3 Heads w/ matched intake, Comp Cam, Lingenfelter aluminum radiator, recently rebuilt stage 3 t-56, Mcleod street twin clutch, Global West upper front control arms, custom bilstein front coilovers, Hal adjustable rear shocks, Ultimate track rod, Ultimate torque arm, new rack, all new front suspension including steering knuckles, C5 brake conversion, Z06 wheels, 275/40's all the way around. Also have a lot of extra parts: new Raybestos rotors for the front brakes, complete LTCC conversion, 30lb SVO injectors, Accel 300+ ignition, Vortec fuel pump. Car needs a tune and the clutch is slipping so it needs to be pulled and sent to Mcleod for a rebuild. Everything has been replaced within the past 10000 miles on this car. It used to be my daily driver. It is fast and a lot of fun. I am in the Navy and moving and dont really want to drag it across the country as I am not that much into racing any more and bought an 06 GTO to play with.

My price would be in the lower range of your price range.
