1989 Iroc-Z28 Camaro

I've recently purchased a shore house and need additional funding, so I've decided to sell my 1989 Iroc-Z28 Camaro. Originally a Maryland car, it has no rust and is spotless underneath as it has been garage kept/covered the majority of its life and never winter driven. It does have every option except for rear louvers for Iroc-Z's that year included power everything (windows, locks, trunk, and seats), 350 TPI motor, working-cold AC, t-tops, complete Iroc-Z handling package with 16 inch wheels, Iroc-Z ground effects kit, and much more. This car has been hardly driven as I have a Jeep Cherokee for a daily driver and I am 50 year old small business lender with a family, thus I have put less than 10,000 miles (135,2xx currently) on it since purchasing it with 125,750 miles in March of 2005. This car runs, drives, and handles excellent and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere today. The engine and transmission perform flawlessly and cruising in this car with the tops off make it a blast to own and an excellent, cheap summer/weekend toy. The only known issues are that it needs two front tires for inspection, the rear brakes squeak sometimes, the driver's side valve cover gasket may be leaking a little oil, it leaks a tiny bit water into the passenger side floor after heavy rain (has new t-top weather stripping, they all leak), the paint isn't perfect on the very bottom of the front fascia/ground effects (it has been repaired), and it could probably use a tune-up (spark plugs, fuel filter). Thousands of dollars have been invested into this car by both the previous owner and myself with a full receipt book to prove it. Here is a list of what have been done to it over the past few years:

May 2009: Brand New Battery & Starter, and new wiring, $400 repair
(2005) Rebuilt 700R4 transmission with shift kit, larger vb, better accumulators, and other modifications
(2004) New Maaco paintjob in factory GM white, replaced all decals and emblems
(2004) Replaced t-top weather-stripping
(2004) New Hoses, Seals, Plugs, Wires, Etc.
(2004) Replaced door handles
(2004) Windshield & Both Front windows replaced with new glass
(2004) New Dash cover, Arm Rests
(2004) New CD Player (Sony X-Plod) with all new speakers
(2004) Replaced Door Locks
(2004) Replaced both front door hinges
(2004) Replaced rear hatch locks, 3rd brake light
(2005) Replaced center link, idler arm, pitman arm, inner and outer tie-rod ends, upper and lower ball joints
(2006) Replaced trunk motor, adjusted hatch properly
(2005) Repaired Air-conditioner switch
(2005) Replaced Coolant Reservoir Tank
(2006) Replaced Radiator, Installed Jet Fan Chip (for better cooling, fans come on at 146 degrees)
(2005) New Front and Rear Shocks and Struts
(2005) 4 New Rotors (Drilled & Slotted), New Pads
(2006) New AC Delco Battery
(2006) New Seat Covers
(2006) New Front Wheel Bearings and Seals
(2009) Repaired Pass Key System
Regular maintenance receipts available as well, too many to list.
Factory manuals and other materials included as well

*Currently there is one interested person who wants to buy this car, but hasn't come through as they keep "pushing" the purchase date. They have until tomorrow to purchase this car and if they don't it will be available to view as early as next week. I will consider reasonable offers but no trades, shipping, or other payment plans as this is a cash only transaction. This car has been maintained very well and is well worth the asking price of $3200 or best offer, you will not be disappointed in this car. The car looks MUCH better in person as I am using an old digital camera, but more pics and information are available through my email, smont855@gmail.com. Located in Northeast Philadelphia

Its still here, the guy interested in the car did not have the money. It has a few other "lookers" but nothing definite at this time. I forgot to mention this car has a clean carfax and has never been in an accident of any kind. Inspection just expired on 6/30 but only needs two front tires to pass. Runs, drives, and handles excellent, just had it out today. The price is now lowered to $3000 or best offer, looking to sell before the summer is over.

im gonna miss seeing this car. btw, im the one that sent you that long pointless email.

to those interested, it is very clean, with really nothing of note to say but what was covered already, and i don't even know the owner, LOL.

if you have any open dates/times to do any "showings"/"tours" (lol) of the vehicle, let me know by PM. even doing it in a group wouldn't be a problem, i'd just like to see this nice example a little better before it's gone.
