ok i bought a nos bottle heater off a guy all i got is just the heater pad it's self. it's got two white wires coming out of it. so is one + and one - i am guessing. so run one to a groung and another two a positive with a switch right???

Thats the way I bought mine, make sure to use a relay! These things pull some serious amperage! BTW the + and - don't matter you can use either wire. I use spade clips on mine so I can unplug it when removing the bottle for fill ups. Good luck!

does it matter what kind of relay cause i got a relay but i am not sure what it is for i know it's from a n20 kit.

so that relay will work it's one from a NOS dry kit!!

On the side of the relay it should say 40A or 30A. I use a 40 Amp on mine. Works great.

Any automotive 12 volt 30a (or higher) relay will work.
I have the NOS heater and threw out the thermostat.
The nos Thermostat works fine,untill you need to get the bottle pressure up in the summer when the sun is setting and the air temps are still in the mid 80's.

i didn't get any thermostate all i got was the heater pad. i got a n20 pressure gauge so i will just go off that. thanks for your replys
