first off i want to say im not really into car audio anymore like i used to be. but... i do like the sound of a nice system. right now i have a 94Z with the stock 3 speakers, and a stock BOSE cd player from a 96Z. i posted a few days ago trying to figure out how to hook up some stock rear speakers, but i havent got much advice.

what im looking for: something SMALL!! im thinking about maybe just leaving out the rear speakers and adding a small sub and amp. i know i have to order a PAC OEM-1 so i can add a sub/amp. im really looking for some advice as to what speakers to buy. the sound i have in the car now is fine, but when i turn up the volume i hear all the highs, and i dont hear much bass. thats why im thinking i will be happy with just adding a sub/amp.

what would you guys recommend?? i was actually thinking about going with 2 small subs like 8" maybe. i dont want to have a huge box in the back which will take up the t-tops holder. where would you guys recommend i install some small subs? or should i go with maybe 1 10". someone has suggested a bazooka tube. im kinda lost. im more into performance, and im really only looking to spend only a few hundred here, just to get a decent sound with some bass. i appreciate any advice you guys have!!!

If you're just wanting a 'small' system, trust me...The 10" Alpine will be more than plenty and will sound excellent in my driver's side stealth. As for an amp, take a look at the mtx line.
