Need pics of "vain" on the Vortech elbow

Could someone please post a pick of the inner vain on their vortech elbow. i am thinking about jumping in the group purchase but i am concerned about the vain. is it something that could be removed? does it really effect air flow that much? any help would be appreciated. thanks

I don't have ant pictures, but the Vain pretty much starts 2 inches in the elbow from the end that connects to the CAI, around the curve in the elbow, and ends right where it bolts up to the TB. I guess you could probably grind it down if you wanted to but it would be hard with the curve. I don' think it would restrict the airflow in any way, it just splits the air into 2 sections, and feeds it into the TB.

That vain isn't going to reduce airflow in any way. Actually it should reduce turbulance going into the throttle body. Look at it as a big airfoil. Same thing, just more of it.

Well Thomas, if the iat, and opti vent dont fit, you can fun the IAT into that huge ontake of yours. And that opto vac. I am sure you car probably just run that somwere else.

oh, and btw, I need to get Bens number, I want to talk to him before he ships out.
