Ordering gauges... boost and fuel pressure OR boost and A/F

Which is a more desirable value, the fuel pressure or the A/F ratio.

go for the fp. (sucks cause it's the one that costs more). It's definitely more usefull than an a/f guage, especially if you are running an FMU. Basically the a/f guages aren't that accurate. If you can, get a used scanmaster too ($150), that will give you all kinds of good info. But that a/f guage does look pretty at night

Yes the lights look cool =) I am not running and FMU, 38# injectors and an inline. Damn expensive *** fuel pressure gauge... I need to just buy one and stop trying to find shortcuts aroung it. But jeeze almost 200, whats the best place to buy one from?

Definitely get the FP guage. Two of my friends have the A/F guages and they are just light shows. But if you have to choose, then definitely get the FP. You can monitor your fuel pressure while cruising and under boost from time to time. So that if any of your fuel pumps or FPR die, you will know and won't end up blowing something up.

IMO, it is very important, as important or more important than the boost gauge.

cheers

The cheapest place I've found is:

http://www.ftforce.com/instrumentschevcav.htm

They have the 2 1/16" Sport-Comp fuel pressure gauge for $172.77. They may have other styles/sizes for similar prices.

I found another place (autosupermart.com) that supposedly has a "125% price guarantee" and stocks the same gauge, and am waiting to hear back what they'll sell it for after knowing about this other place.
