LT1 Based Engine Tech 1993-1997 LT1/LT4 Engine Related

if i have a built 350 or a 383 stroker can/should i go with a bigger pipe?

remove cat, and get headers, 3 or 3.5 inch pipe all the way back get the SLP loudmouth exhaust, or would it be a waste? its supercharged, LT1 motor, wondering if i should put bigger pipe

if it's stroked and/or supercharged you probably would see a benifit form a larger exhaust.

i would look into longtubes and true dual exhaust (loud), or i'd look at the mufflex 3.5" or 4" cat backs. i think they are available at either thunderracing or tbyrne

I don't like the sound of the loudmouth.

I wouldn't go bigger than a 3.5".

even if he's gonna be stroked AND blown?

i thought that was the idea behind a 4" pipe...

granted i'm not familiar with how SC affects low end drivability, so maybe that loss of backpresure would have adverse affects...
