Can Lucas 42 lb injectors be made to work on my mild N/A set-up?. I will be getting a blower later and did not want to buy injectors twice. How would they take a dry(5176) shot?

If they are low impedance they should be fine. rskrause 02-04-2003, 10:54 PM Originally posted by drop top steve If they are low impedance they should be fine. Steve: I think you meant high impedance... Rich Krause Dr.Mudge 02-05-2003, 12:52 AM Yep, high impedance, I think Rich was running 50#s last I heard :) Anywho, someone did have 36# injectors on a pretty close to stock car and said they were too rich at low RPM? I haven't seen him here in awhile. Maybe with a cam that would not be a problem though, dunno. Honestly though if you were to buy used SVOs you can pretty much sell them for what you get them for. I sorta thought I heard the Lucas injectors were sub-part but verify that with Fred or someone who knows. Here is his page, I forget his member name offhand though. http://w3.one.net/~roz/cars/z28/index.html | ||
