Question How to Re-attach Emblems?

I have a Chrome rear bowtie that I pulled off my old Z to put on the new one (bowtie on the rear next to the Z28). I don't know how to re-attach it though. It's pretty thin, so it would be hard to cut 3M tape to put on it (not impossible i suppose... but hard), especially since it's "hollow" (like a donut).
I also have to re-attach my CF nose emblem. since it sits down in the indention, would 3M tape be too thick? I also have some black weather-stripping "goo" that might work.

Thanks for the suggestions,
Jay

Shoe Goo would work to hold them both on. I'm not sure if you can get the bead small enough to put it on the bowtie, though.

I used Shoe Goo for my Z28 emblems, I ended up taking them back off to repaint them and ended up using 3m emblem tape later on...

is Shoe Goo clear or black?
I just don't want it to spread out the sides and look bad/poorly done. I may try the 3M Emblem Glue if it's clear. Thanks guys,
J

I know the 3m emblem glue is clear.. I used it. Worked good for me... held on for over a year without a problem... I used it also for the IROC centercaps on my 86's rims.
