Fuel Rail Covers???

Okay, I've noticed a few people with these fuel rail covers that are black, but have red camaro letters on them. Apparently, they are corvette covers, with camaro letters. I want to make some, but where do I get the covers? Can I get some without the corvette letters already on them (this way I don't have to puddy in the letters, smooth out, and paint over, only to put camaro stickers over-top)?
Where do I get the camaro stickers?
And lastly, how the heck do you install them?
