Took the oil pump housing off to prime pump, What do I torque the 4 Bolts to?

I measured the torque coming off and it was around 10ft-lbs. I torqued them hand tight like 15-20 ft lbs. Does anyone know the exact torque for the 4 bolts the hold the top pick up part on??? hey thanks in advane everyone.

Oil pump cover bolts are 80 in lbs, that's like 6.6 ft lbs. The locktite is a good idea
