Just would like to know the proper class for the LS1 Z28's and if the SS is in a different class. Thanks

Edit: I guess I should clarify. I'm planning on getting an LS1 and main thing is I'd like to know if the SS will run in the same class as the standard Z and if the LS1 gets to run F stock. Thanks

The Z28 is in F-Stock. The SS is in B-Stock (I think). I run a 98 Z28 in F-Stock...

Thanks If you're talking about the car in your sig, it would run in Street Mod as long as your SFC's do not connect laterally (otherwise it would go to either CP or EM). The Y-pipe, probably the STB, shifter, cat, and maybe the pedals would also be legal in Street Prepared.

His sig is a 95, which is an LT1 Z28. So either he has 98 or newer Z or he's transplanting the LS1. If he is transplanting the LS1, that will take him out of the street prep and put him in one of the prepared classes. The LS1 was not an engine option for that model year camaro.
