Is there any procedure to test of they're still good? They're a set of Comp R's with only 20K that should be OK, but were used with a pretty wild cam.

 

The best way I know is to inspect them by just looking them over really well, making sure that the roller still spins freely, and also by pushing the plunger down in them and making sure that they spring back and the springs aren't collapsed. You could always take them apart, but I don't know how hard it would be to put them back together.
