In open loop the throttle position shows 1% throttle without giving any gas. Once the coolant temp gets to 180 back down to zero. However then when coming to a stop the engine vacuum will drop down 1 inch and the 02 sensors will drop to 2 digits. Then after a few secs the idle will come back up and stay there. It's very intermittant too. I have tried 2 new tps, new plug and pugtail, front 02's, coolante temp sensor, different maf. No changes.
