Bought a Turbo Corvette, selling my Supercharged Trans Am

Guys I just bought a 93 Turbocharged Corvette. So I will be selling my Supercharged Trans Am. I can't see having two muscle cars at the same time. I'm really bummed because I've owned my TA since it rolled off the assembly line. If you know of anyone looking for a garage kept and babied muscle car let me know. Here is the thread.

Nice!

I always think of that song when I hear Vette & turbo in the same sentence.

Don't have any numbers on it yet. I haven't driven it because I'm still in Iraq. My girlfriend flew to Detroit and drove it to Kentucky for me. I'm guessing around 500rwhp at 8psi. The corvette is about 300 pds lighter than my TA. The only problem with Corvette's is the fact that the rear ends are so weak compared to my 9". He gave me a boost controller and meth kit to install and I should be able to up the boost considerably. It has stock pistons in it. Oh well I have a spare block in my garage just waiting to make a 383 out of.

you'll enjoy the turbo, the hotside looks to be nicely made as well. I wonder what it'd take to squeeze an 88 in there since it already has a 3.5" Dp....hrm....good thing i didnt buy it lol

Thanks. I can't wait to get back in the US. Not being able to drive the car is driving me crazy. I have to live vicariously through my girlfriend who has driven it a little. I'm having a hard time resisting buying a bunch of parts while I'm stuck in Iraq. Oh well... only 6 more months.

As you know, I was on the fence about buying a turbo for my TA. I was looking pretty hard at your log manifold kit. I think it is awesome that we have someone with your talents in the LT1 community.
