WHOA! ebay find of the month! '88 LT5 Camaro concept/show car!

Holy crap. I wasn't even looking for this, I was researching ZR1 wheels LOL.

If I have to tell you what this is, then you're a Camaro newbie, and need to read the auction.

They're wanting about double what they paid to get it from Barrett Jackson earlier this year.

Less important (to us anyway), they are also selling the only Impala SS to come with a manual transmission. I actually know of one more, but it's a Callaway Impala SS, and Callaway did the mod.

Did a lime explode inside that car? Looks like a 5 year old designed the interior/exterior paint scheme no thanks, i would much rather have that Impala.

EDIT: 100k? No turd gen will ever be worth that much

Wow! I've always liked that car even with it's seriously 80's styling. I'll bet it's fun to drive and it looks to still be in pristine condition.

Hideous paint scheme. If it weren't for the fact that it has an LT5 in it, I'd say set it on fire.

Doesn't impress me much for 100K.

I remember that thing from the I think 2004 or 2005 F-body Gathering. Looks even more hideous in person, but a very clean car/install of the lt5 though.

In 1988?????? Don't think so!! Any way, could have been so much better, if it only had a decent paint and interior. I'd like to know who they got the $100K estimate from.

I also believe that GM also titled them so you couldnt run these on the streets or sell them...... didnt mention that in the auction on ebay.. but they did mention it on Barrett Jackson
