Resurface flywheel?

after 600 miles of hard racing the disc fell apart. The flywheel looks good, in my estimation, as there are only 3small hot spots (size of a dime) and the original resurfacing cuts has not even disappeared.

I intend to go with a new ceramic disc and wondered if this is something to worry about or just throw a new one in and go.
