i just bought a 355 for my car it came out of my buddys 72 camaro with a th 350 with shift kit and 3500 stall and 4.56s the car went 11.40s 11.50 all motor now the only diff is my gears and my tires and i am going to spray it with a 150 shot i am running a mt 275/50/15 et street deag raid so what do you think i should go with for gears i am thinking 3.73 or 4.10s

 

well for example, my 79 camaro when it was a 355 on a 150 shot went 11.6@118mph n/a and 10 flat at 134mph on spray. i run a 4.10 gear with a 28x10.5 tire. rpms on the nitrous were about 6700rpm. since you only have a tire thats 25.8" tall id go with the 3.73, or plan on running a taller tire and go with a 4.10. unless you want to rev the motor, a 4.10 could work on the smaller diameter.
