97 lt4 383 tune help, jet tuner

i have a 97 camaro with 383 stroker lt4 with lots of upgrades and i need some help tuning. i know a little about tuning, but i thought i would get some guys imput before i start the tune.

for upgrades i have: forged internals, lt4 kit, 38 lb votec injectors, fuel pressure regulator, granatelli fuel pump, msd 6al, headers, catback flowmaster, cold air intake, 58mm throttle body, all ported and polished, 160 thermostat, msd coil, and some other minor modifications. i have a dual air/fuel gauge to know how it's running.

i had a tune at pcm4less.com and i don't like how well it's tuned. i want to create my own tune to get more out of it. my rpm redline is at 6500, but i take it a little high at the track. i just want to know what i should do next, or where should i begin. i just want some advise from guys who have done this, and can give useful advise.

App... 97ss 383ci D1 M6. A road car. I do all of my own tuning (LT1 edit ver 2.2 - OBD2). I have tried PCMforLess mail order tune. It did not work for me. They are out to make money, and, that's great. There are limits to mail order tuning. I have learned alot on my own. I recommend it. Every day I take it for a run it is a rolling experiment. Make small changes to your tune and have fun. I have suggested PCM_Less consult on customer flash files by e_mail, but, they do not do bizz that way. B.
