anyone need brand New In Box LS1 clutch/flywheel/press. assembly?

it was warrantied in my buddys 99formula but we installed a spec. clutch instead. so he got the install and I got the new parts and some cash on the side(plus the installation time from GM ;) ). now I just want to get rid of it for cheap. thinking maybe $100 takes it. still in the box and wrapped up.

I can install it for a pretty good price too. thinking maybe $100. depends on the circumstances I guess.

What I want to know is what dealer warrantied a 3+ year old clutch? I thought it was 1yr/12,000 miles on the clutch? What dealer did he take it to? I need a new t-56 and a clutch. :(
