Blower motor failure

Sorry for making a bunch of threads in this section, but I have a bunch of problems.

My blower motor is really weak. At max blast, it is still way less powerful than my 99 TA at the lowest power setting. Is this the way all blowers were on 94's, or is my motor really weak? If I replace the motor, will I get more air out of my vents? Does anyone else have this problem?

IS that blower motor hard to get to?

The motor is only $40, so I'll try replacing it today. If that doesn't work, I'll get into the switches and stuff.

I found several leaks in the airbox that holds the heater core. I sealed those with adhesive ducting sealer (duct tape) and it blows with a little more gusto. Not much though. My TA is still much more potent.
