Any thirdgen owners with t-tops
Any thirdgen owners with t-tops
is there a trick on repairing that little stow away bag on the roof console. my elastics have lost thier elesticity. and its hanging down and making the car look wierd.
I just live with mine man. Mine does the same thing but I just put a sunglasses case in their and it fills it up and stays nicely. I seen a website where someone redid the entire interior of a third gen and fixed this problem with replacing the little elastic strip with cutting it and re-sewing it on there. Big attention to detail though. I would tell you the website if i could remember it for the life of me. Sorry about that. But thats what i've seen done. Might be more trouble than its worth to try that but thats the only way I've seen it done with out being replaced by aftermarket interior lining.
its a 100 point show car. there is nothing thats not worth fixing on it.( i phrased my answer wrong last time. im pesonally not into hard tops. i feel i work all week long in a service van when it rains or my daily grocery getting is done in a jeep i feel my muscle and toy car should have either t-tops or a convertible. thats how i feel id never buy a camaro with a hardtop EVER
