315/35/17 Et Drag Radial

I've been wanting to try a new tire and was wondering if anyone is running the 315/35/17 Mickey Thompson drag radial?????

click on link and scroll down to the bottom:

Would this tire be to big???? I know there are size differences in the different brand name tires...... So has anyone run these before??? If so how do you like them???

You can fit a 315/35-17 in the rear wheel wells of a 4th Gen. It requires an 11" wide wheel, with a 50mm offset. Read the FAQ to see what modifications may be required.

Note that M/T makes two different styles of tires call the ET Street Radial, and the 315 is not in the same line that is noted for its superior traction.

check out my sig......

I've been running 315's for about 7 years now but they are nitto's. I've seen other brands of 315's in the past that were MUCH bigger than than my 555R's.
I'm just curious if the Mickey is a larger sized 315 or not. I don't have much room under there cause I'm lowered with a Prokit.

Has Anyone Seen These IN PERSON???? Has anyone USED these before??? I know the other line of tire is AWESOME but I'm running a 17x11 inch wheel so I'm asking How do these tires perform???

I ran the 315mt drag radials, had good luck with them so far. Leaving in vacuum(NOT BOOST) the car went 1.59 60ft bogging.

Are you talking about on a 15 inch wheel??? The tire I'm talkin about is 315/35/17 ET DRAG RADIAL. If you are getting those kinda sixty foot times on a 17inch wheel YOU THA MAN

Yes I'm talking on the 17" wheel, I know it would've went deep 1.5x's had I launched it in boost, but I didn't get enough passes. This was with 3.23 gears also.

FWIW though, I've been 1.54 60ft on a 275/40/17 mt drag radial on my old ls1 camaro. They can hook, you just have to have the suspension dialed in correctly.
