truck 700r4 with 93 LT1
truck 700r4 with 93 LT1
Isn't the truck 700R4 from late 80's early 90's with the rear ABS speed sensor a 40 pulse per revolution?
i remember reading somewhere they went with 40 pulse for higher accuracy with the rear abs system.
anyhow, I'm helping a guy who put a 93 lt1 into a truck with a 90 700R4.
There is setting in tunercat for road speed constant, stock is 4090 pulses per mile. Could I simply do the math for 40 pulse per revolution with rear end ratio and tire size and correct this? anyone ever taken this approach?
Thanks
Brendan.
I belive the 93 lt1 was a 4 pulse SIN wave sensor, and the 90 truck was a 40 pulse SIN wave.
