A '69 Z28 is a close second. 1979Z28 12-10-2002, 01:43 PM It's probably gonna get me crucified for saying this in a 2nd gen board, but my dream car is a 2002 35th Anniversary SS Camaro, with either T-Tops, or the normal one. Somebody in my car club had one, with a couple thousand dollars spent on the audio and Nitrous, and it was one mean beast. I fell in love with it :D AJ1978TA 12-10-2002, 02:33 PM 1969 Trans Am convertible. 1 of 8 :) 9T8W66 12-10-2002, 04:54 PM 1970 Trans Am, Lucerne Blue with White stripe. And then maybe a `69 Z/28 :D JG/70Z 12-10-2002, 05:11 PM Originally posted by 67Man 1967 Camaro SS Big BLock Chevy 468 10-71 supercharger Got Torque? You Freak!:D OldSStroker 12-10-2002, 05:35 PM 1) 1963 Tempest Super Duty (6 production coupes and 6 station wagons(!) built before the program was axed). 421 dual quad, 4-speed PowerShift transaxle with interchangeable rear-mounted clutch or torque converter. Aluminum front sheet metal/bumper. White exterior and blue interior only. 12.0's @ 120 from the factory. My personal favorite would be this car set up for the street. Saw all of them as they were built, but never got to drive one. 40 years ago last month. 2) My 1964 GTO purchased new in 64 about my 21st birthday. Z-Attitude 12-11-2002, 01:53 PM I'll have the 1969 CHEVROLET 427 YENKO COPO CAMARO 9560 http://popularmechanics.com/automotive/sub_coll_vintage/1997/1/68_chevy_camaro/ They had one they gave away in a contest a few years back. Would have love to win it, get in it and leave two long black patches on the asphalt as I left. Everyone would freak. scooters97ss 12-11-2002, 07:15 PM The 55 Chev two door post in "Two Lane Blacktop" Grey primer, rat motor, tunnel ram,two fours, cutout fenders, slicks, plastic sliding windows, one piece flip front end......................sigh; wish I had a car like that. :D 67LT1Bird 12-11-2002, 09:58 PM Boy, there is just something about that 64 Shelby Cobra with the 427 and open headers coming out the sides that really gets the blood flowing. All muscle. Other than that, I will dream of my 67 Firebird with the LT1 and added are a T56, Sporting 13" vette disks front and rear, 8pt roll cage, and twin turbos. Ahhh.
