Rich PARTSMAN8484 11-27-2007, 11:13 PM there is no way to wire up the abs to make it work ? AL SS590 M6 11-28-2007, 09:41 AM there is no way to wire up the abs to make it work ? The only way to make a 3 channel rear work in a 4 channel car is to use axles, backing plates, and sensors from a 4 channel rear. Swap the backing plates and axles with the reluctor rings onto your 3 channel rear and it's plug and play. Just ignore the sensor on the pig. Capn Pete 11-28-2007, 10:20 AM If you're putting the 3-channel diff (with the single plug on top) into a car with 4-channel (sensors at the axles) that's much easier since you can do as Al said and just use all the 4-channel hardware (axles, brake backing plates, sensors, etc.). HOWEVER, if you have a 3-channel CAR, and want to put in a 4-channel DIFF, not so easy  ... then you'd have to screw around with pulling the reluctor ring off the carrier, drilling the hole in the top of the pumpkin for the sensor ..... I dunno, for how many of these diffs are out there, then it's probably easier just to locate the correct one in the first place! ;) But to put a 3-channel diff into the 4-channel car? ..... not so bad! :thumb: | ||
