Changing stock Bose speakers to aftermarket??

After getting my car back together I hooked the stereo up (aftermarket sony deck to stock bose speakers) and I come to find out one was blown by the previous owner.
I'm now planning on replacing them with aftermarket speakers. How do I go about wiring these? I know I can run all new wires from the deck back but is there a way to use the stock bose connector wires for the installation? I searched and didn't come up with anything so help would be appreciated.
Also any suggestions for a good set of non-component speakers under $130.

Thanks in advance

Can't run Bose Speakers from after market head unit using the factory connections, as the Bose System amps each speaker separately.

So you will need to run all new wire to each speaker.

Which of course is easier from Amps in the trunk

Thats weird, When i got it and there was no stereo in it but I simply just plugged the deck into the factory harness with the adapter that came with it and the drivers side bose speaker plays fine and the bose pass. one plays intermittently / pops.
The front two speakers are the only two I am running at all in this car.

First off all the bose crap will work with an aftermarket radio if you use the bose amp, unlike what was posted.

IMO just run new wires it will be easier, but if you can find the bose schemtaic im sure you could do it. But running new wires isnt really that hard. I personally recommend the polk db650
