I paid less for my 96 and it had less miles, but it does have quite a few mods. Not to be a jackass, but do you think it is worth it, that is the real question.

there is roughly around 13K in mods and repairs and upgrades, plus original owner whom I know that took care of it meticulously, I just want to get a consenus of what everyone thinks

a good deal is a frame of mind. lot of money in mods. but its alot for a 93.

purchased for 4k

spent 2.5k for mods that "were" worth 13k

as you can see, I am really trying to justify this

the other good part about the deal is that the owner is willing to collect the remainding 2.5k in the next 10 months

You sound like your trying to convice yourself. You said it has $13K in mods, and mileage doesn't mean much if it been "meticulously cared for".
I think your just looking for validation, so buy it and be happy!!!
