when my TPS is @ 0% the voltage is .67V.....when its at 100% the voltage is 4.37V.....shouldn't that be higher at WOT.....what would this cause in regards to fuel delivery at WOT.....seems like i am running lean at higher RPMs and wondering if this has anything to do with it?

No, that is within spec and right where the voltage should be. You have something else going on if you are lean. What injectors are you running?

You may need to watch your fuel pressure to see if it drops at WOT. I would think that 75-80% duty cycle would be OK as long as the injectors dont go static, 100% DC. Also keep a fresh fuel filter on the car. A friend of mine has a 97 Cobra with 15,000 miles on it, with the factory fuel filter the car would run lean on the dyno changed the filter, fixed the problem.

I haven't seen the duty cycle go past 84% yet so i guess thats a good thing...lol...I also put a new filter in place but still have the trouble.
