Need a shop in So. Cal to put car back together.

I need a shop to finish putting my car back together. Need a good shop that is well versed in all things mechanical, electrical, fuel systems, fabrication etc.. Know of any place?

It's tough to find someone who can do all those things but I'd go right back to PMR. Phil is one of the only people around who is proficient in just about every area. He does all those things and does them well and he tells you the way it is. I was at the shop on Sunday and he has some room right now.

If you decide to take it there, give me a head's up. I'd like to take a closer look.

Good luck

I called phil yesterday before I posted this question. He did my cage and set up my rearend. I have no doubt that he could get the job done. I just don't have a mountain of cash to throw at the car. I could do 5k but phil is the kind of shop you could drop 10, 15, 20k without blinking. He said he was going fishing this weekend and would come up with a number to get the job done. We'll see, I was posting here to see what other shops in the area could get the job done.

Good luck with the project. It seems that, these days, most commercial enterprises have labor charges in the $75 - $90 per hour range but I wouldn't be surprised if Phil works out something for you. It looks like there is still quite a bit to do.

Do you have any of the materials such as a pre-cut wiring kit, etc?

I have every part to finish the job. I just need sombody to put the parts on the car that knows what they are doing right the first time. The only fabing I will need is the IC Mounting and Tubing. What I don't have (Misc that kills you) I'll get.

Thumbs up

I would recommend Don Lee auto located in Rancho Cucamonga. I always go to them when I need work done to my car. They are the only place I trust with my car. You can check them out at www.donleeauto.com and check out what other work they do as well. Ask for Tim and tell him that Eric with the white 1995 Camaro Z28 sent you. Also here is their address and number.

Don Lee Auto
9793 Foothill Blvd.
Cucamonga, Ca 91730
(909)989-1573

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. Good Luck!
