Best looking rims on a LT1 bird?!

I just recently had a problem with a few of my rims, and it looks like it's time for a new set. I've got a Black 97 Formula WS6, I just wanted to see if anybody had somthing remotly simular with some nice rims on it! PLEASE POST PICS or throw up a link. SHOW ME YOUR BIRDS! thanks guys!:bow:

Did you look at the "stickies" at the top of the forum topic listing page? And, look in the FAQ to find the link to Brent Franker's "Appearance" page with picture of hundred of car/wheel combos.

I am a huge fan of the 96-00 WS6 rim, I got a set of chromed rims for my 96 TA. They shine better than the stock polished aluminum ones. I bought them from here: http://www.lakeshorewheelandtire.com They have some other pretty cool rims there too, Z06 rims in black with a polished lip for example. Check it out

wow... I hate z06s with a passion. but those look clean. Did you do those yourself? I've never seen just the spokes black. Usually its black wih a poilished lip etc. Looks good.

I've got a set of GTP STG2 Heads from thunderracing and a GM Hotcam. I think i might be a part of the MFBA just really havn't surfed the forum. Is there good info on there?

TT2's are perfect IMO however always wanted HRE 542's.

Thanks a lot. I've been at it for a long time and it never ends does it? lol. I'm pretty sure appearance wise I'm done but now want to get to a few mechanical issues i.e. better brakes (maybe ls1 conversion) & 12-bolt rear.

Only thing I want to do is VHT the rear side markers and maybe get those stainless Trans Am pieces for the doors.

i like my black Grand Sport replica's (ZR1's) I customized them with a set of center caps from Bfranker...black with gold birds on them.

BlackBird97 - I have some 17x9 Chrome Firehawks that came off an original 01 Firehawk for sale if you are interested. I absolutely love these rims on any type of bird and I know they look great on a black bird. I switched to some Torque Thrust M's that are 17x9 front and 17x11 rear with a black painted center and polished lip.

Ok guys. I just bought a set of the Argent Staggered Z06 rims...OMG they AMAZING I'll post up some pictures as soon as i get the car cleaned up!
