Brake problems (Low Vaccume or Bad Boster?)

I am having trouble stopping the car. The power brakes are working but the pedal is hard to push and I can not lock up the tires for nothing. With the CC503 cam I have 14" Hg at idle. At the track the other day I was power braking at the staging lane and slide right through the lights... Then at the end of the track my 13 sec run felt like I was tring to stop a 9 sec car.

To lock the tires up I had to pull the brake boster up to 25" Hg and it still felt somewhat hard to stop (I could not lock them up at at 20" Hg) I used my HVAC vaccume pump to do this and tested the boster at multiple vaccume lvls. The boster holds the vaccume and it does not appear to be leaking, so could the boster still be bad? Or should I look in another direction?

Number one the dinky ~10" front brakes on the 95 totally suck and always have. I could not chirp or lock mine up for nothing. I remember I got them real hot once and I was scared to death cause they became totally useless.

I installed full LS1 brakes and that makes an ENORMOUS diffrence, however I am still concerned that there may still be an issue similar to what you are describing. I also have 16" HG @ idle.

When I drive my 03 Accord or my new Chevy truck the pedal is very responsive unlike in the Camaro. The Accord stops scary fast even more so than my LS1 brake equipped camaro. Maybe this is normal considering the apples and oranges difference in the two cars.

If there were truly an issue with mine it would have to be the master or the booster, however I can chirp the front tires in a pnic stop.
