Details: NASTY Explorer Interior and '89 Turbo TA

I did this detail a while back but just now pulled the pictures of the camera. It was an interior only detail that threw a little bit of everything at me - heavy soil, cigarette burns, spills, dog hair, etc., etc. It turned out to be one of those unfortunate situations where nearly nothing could restore it, only improve it. I did the best I could with my current resources.

Process:

-Vacuum (up to 5 times in some areas)
-APC 1:4 everywhere (multiple treatments)
-Picollo steamer everywhere (multiple treatments)
-Duct tape for hair removal from seats

This '89 Turbo TA has 64k original miles and only had 300 miles put on it in the last three years. It had a good amount of dirt on it from sitting and needed a good freshening. It cleaned up nicely. Photographing white at mid-day doesn't allow for the best pictures, but I made do.

Process:

-Vacuum
-Meguiar's Interior Quick Detailer

-Wash with Zaino Z7 and sheepskin mitt (two-bucket method)
-Clay with Zaino Z18 and DP 4-in-1 lube
-Polish hood with PO106FF via polishing pad @ 1500 rpm
-Clean paint with Zaino Z-AIO via polishing pad and PC speed 5
-Seal with Zaino Z2 Pro
-Final wipedown with Zaino Z8
-Wheel wells got Robbie's Nu-Glo 1:1
-Tires got Zaino Z16 x 2

Questions/comments/advice always welcome.

Nice work as always. The TA is a beauty, I would love to own one of them just for the rarity factor. Looks like you had your work cut out for yourself with the Explorer. That interior looked like my old third gen when I took ownership of it. I had to take out all of the seats, console and interior trim to clean the carpet thoroughly.
