I wouldn't mind putting a 100-120 shot of nitrous on my car as a best bang for the buck power adder (and I say power adder loosely). After reading around, it seems I should go with a "wet" system rather than a dry. I came to this conclusion because I do not want to have to change injectors, fuel pump, fuel lines, ect. Would it be alright to just get the LT1 plate system from nitro Dave along with all the proper safety equipment and call it done? I really dont want to have to do a bunch of upgrades, I would rather just not do it at all. I am building this car on a tight budget, so I am not planning on spending a lot on this project (only buying new components that wear out, get everything else used and install it myself).
Opinions are much appreciated.

You should be alright as long as you get all of the safety equipment. Im not sure if his kit comes with the mallory ignition but if not then you may want to look into that. Make sure to keep an eye on fuel pressure. If the fuel pressure switch cuts in during spray then you will definately want to upgrade the pump. I sprayed 125 last year on my stock pump but the fp dropped and i upgraged to a racetonix pump this year.
If you do a wet kit, an upgraded fuel pump is a very good idea. I understand you are on a tight budget, but you don't want to cut corners with nitrous, that is where problems arise and things tend to break. I spent around 1500 grand total for my system with all the bells and whistles.
In all seriousness, Dont Spray it then.
This is how N20 gets a bad rap. People cut corners.
N20 is NOT a cheap power adder. Its just "less expensive" than boost, heads & cam, or turbos. The idea of a $400-600 N20 kit, is tempting. But a 2000+(Minimal, for **** ) rebuild is WAY more expensive than buying all the safety equipement and replacing the stock fuel pump with a quality 255LPH as well as getting a ignition box with a window switch built in such as a Mallory 685.

I have a wet system on my 1993 camaro but on my year model things are a bit different, the car has to be told what to do and many adjustments. TIMING is EXTREMELY important, dyno tune it with A/F on the dyno to make sure your not running lean, spark plugs as well are extremely important with a good ignition system, and better Octane. The reason you want to change your fuel pump is not because of more fuel but more consistant fuel pressure. I have stock fuel pump and fuel injectors and have had Zero problems running too rich or lean. Im running 100 shot 392 rwhp and 434 rwtq, 4 degrees retard timing and running a tad rich. Every person has a different experience and input on nitrous im just telling you what works for me its a lot of trial and error and with nitrous you really dont wanna have trial and error moments but ive learned alot.
