Looking for help from someone who knows OBD2 and the GM Vortec 350 as installed in '98 full sized vans.

A bud and I swapped the original 350 for a low mile takeout. We now have a no start condition.

Using Auto Xray, we get no codes, but when scanning the "readiness test", 2 of the tests show up as failed.

Here's what the first screen says:

T=07 C=OC Fail
HI DC00!<=0000

Here's the second failure screen:

T=07 C=OD Fail
HI DC00!<=00C5
