1997 BMW M3 for trade

it is a 1994 BMW 318is that has been converted into a M3. It has 84,000 miles on the chassis but the engine, transmission, differential, driveshaft, suspension, body kit, exhaust, radiator, power steering hoses, fan clutch, water pump, transmission bushings, all hoses, and any other m3 upgrades have 22,000 or fewer miles on them and the brakes were just replaced. This car is in excellent condition and has been immaculately taken care of. It has never been smoked in, seen snow, very rarely does it see rain, and the oil has been changed every 3,000 miles with synthetic oil. It has been washed at least 2 times a week, waxed every month and always stored indoors. This car has been built with all OEM parts or well known name brand upgrades (suspension, and exhaust.) The car has been in one very minor accident. It was backed into and cracked the bumper. A new bumper was just put on (OEM M3) and the entire rear end was just repainted. It runs and drives amazing; it has never been raced in any way. There is absolutely no rust anywhere on this vehicle. This car has tons of money and time invested. There are absolutely no known issues with this car, it is in excellent condition. The only reason I am selling the car is I need a truck to tow with.
