Throw-out bearing lube...

What is the best lube for the sliding surface of the throw-out bearing where it sldes on the input shaft tube. I have normally used synthetic grease but I have heard some mechanics say to use silver anti-sieze. I had a Mustang years ago and the sliding action gradually got worse over time due to the grease wearing off the tube.

What do you guys think?
