Navy Blue 96 Z28?

My car is in desperate need of a new paint job, and I am just tired of silver, so I was thinking about navy blue. It looks awesome on the ls1 camaros, but I was trying to figure out what color to paint the headlight area? I don't know if black would look good or not. Anyway, also how much do you guys think it would cost if I sanded it down myself?

a good paint job....$3500 or so. If you want it to look factory, as in painting underhood, carpet, etc, $5k on up

I'd paint the headlight buckets black, they look weird in anything else.
