I see yours is a 97 you might have a duel cat but the basic layout it the same. http://shbox.com/1/exhaust_system.jpg my exhaust is different than that,,,it comes off the manifolds, comes down and then back, when it comes into one pipe,,right before it becomes one pipe theres one converter on one side but not the other??? whats going on Injuneer 11-26-2006, 12:22 PM ALL 96/97's are dual cats. The driver's side cat is bolted directly to the bottom of the driver's side exhaust manifold. The passenger side cat is lower on the passenger side pipe, under the passenger seat (same location as the single-cat cars, but the single cat is after the "Y"). The line out of the driver's side cat crosses over and connects to the line from the passenger side, after the passenger side cat.
